OUR BACKGROUND

Given the need to groom children with better Communication and Leadership Skills in Sri Lanka, SENIKRO TRAINING CENTRE has opened up its doors in 2016 at Austasia Sports Complex in Thalawathugoda, with the state-of-art facilities where children are trained under the guidance of subject veterans with over twenty years of experience in the fields of General Management, Human Resource Development, Public Speaking, English Language, Gentle Kids Yoga and Psychological Counselling.

Every year children are given a set of Continuous Assessment Goals (CAG) which they need to focus on year-round on the basis of which they are rewarded at the end of the year. it consists of Character Building, Skill Building and Knowledge Building components where children are expected to demonstrate Consistency, Focus and Courage.
